All payments made to Dream Consultancy are non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled, reversed, or refunded under any circumstances.

2. Service-Based Payments

Our services are consultancy-based and involve time, effort, planning, and professional guidance. Therefore:

  • Payments are considered final once the service process has started.

  • No refunds will be provided for partial use, non-use, or dissatisfaction after service initiation.

3. Incorrect or Duplicate Payments

In case of duplicate payment or technical error (charged twice for the same service), the excess amount may be reviewed and refunded only after verification, at the sole discretion of Dream Consultancy.

4. Change of Mind

Refunds will not be issued if:

  • The client changes their mind after payment

  • The client fails to submit required documents or information on time

  • Delays occur due to incomplete or incorrect details provided by the client

5. Third-Party Fees

Any fees paid to third parties (banks, legal entities, government departments, payment gateways, or service partners) are non-refundable, as Dream Consultancy does not control those charges.

6. Service Delays

Dream Consultancy shall not be held responsible for delays caused due to:

  • Government or bank processes

  • Third-party service providers

  • Force majeure events (technical issues, system downtime, legal changes, etc.)

Such delays do not qualify for refunds.

7. Final Decision

All refund-related decisions taken by Dream Consultancy will be final and binding.
