The following terms and conditions (“T&C”) shall govern the relationship between Dream Consultancy (hereinafter referred to as “Company”) and the Contestants (defined below) and shall be applicable to the “Steel the Show” contest organized by the Company (hereinafter referred to as “Program”) that shall be available on Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube and Instagram page of the Company (hereinafter collectively referred to as “Program Platform”).
The Company reserves the right to amend and/or supplement these T&C as it may deem appropriate. Any such changes shall be deemed effective with immediate effect and the Contestant shall be deemed to have consented thereto.
General Terms and Conditions
PART – I
The Program is valid for Indian citizens who have attained the age of 18 years & is a resident of India.
The Program shall be promoted on the Program Platform and shall be valid unless otherwise modified or extended by Dream Consultancy.
The public will participate in the Program at their own cost and expenses. The Company shall not be responsible for any cost or expenses incurred by the Contestants.
Participation in the Program is voluntary. By participating, the public shall be deemed to have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these T&C.
The Company reserves the right to extend, cancel, discontinue, prematurely withdraw, change, alter or modify the contest or any part thereof at its sole discretion due to business exigencies, regulatory/statutory changes or force majeure events.
The Company and its panel of judges will review and select winners at its sole discretion.
Winning Contestants shall be announced on the Program Platform.
Winning Contestants shall receive their reward within 30–45 days post program period.
This Program is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by Facebook, Instagram, Twitter or any other social media platform.
By participating, the Contestant consents to being contacted via call, SMS or email and allows use of their contact details for promotional communication.
All winning Contestants are subject to verification. Failure to provide required proof may result in disqualification.
The Program cannot be combined with any other program or offer.
The Company reserves the right to modify or cancel the Program at any time.
Fraud, fake or duplicate profiles may lead to disqualification.
Failure to enforce rights shall not constitute a waiver.
Limitation of Liability: The Company excludes liability for any loss or damage arising out of the Program, except where prohibited by law.
Severability: Invalid provisions shall not affect remaining terms.
The Company’s decision shall be final and binding.
Contestant confirms all provided information is true and accurate.
Contestant consents to sharing information with third parties for verification.
The Company shall not be liable for any claims or losses arising from participation.
Governing Law & Jurisdiction: Laws of India apply; courts at Rajkot shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
Force Majeure: The Company may cancel or modify the contest due to events beyond control.
Survival: These T&C shall survive the expiry of the Program period.
